Anthony’s experience sits where plans meet pressure: launches, supplier timing, changing priorities, and commitments that still have to be met.

Over more than a decade in automotive, engineering, manufacturing, and product-development environments, he has progressed from engineering change control to program ownership and leadership of program-management teams.

Cross-functional experience

His work has connected engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and commercial teams through quoting, tooling, prototypes, validation, production readiness, and launch. That perspective informs how Tenward approaches recovery and execution: understand the constraint, establish ownership, and stay engaged through the next decision.
