Information you provide

When you contact Tenward, you may provide your name, work email, organization, inquiry type, anticipated timing, and the information included in your message. The website does not request payment information, government credentials, or sensitive technical files. Online submission, when available, uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for spam and Resend to send the inquiry to contact@tenwardgroup.com. These providers process the data needed for those functions. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Resend’s Privacy Policy. When online submission is unavailable, use the visible email link.

The Talent Network form, when enabled, collects contact and professional information, your preferences, consent, and a PDF résumé. Its submission is sent through Resend to careers@tenwardgroup.com as an email with the résumé attached. It is held in Tenward’s business mailbox pending review and transfer to controlled recruiting records. A candidate acknowledgement email may be sent after acceptance. The website does not publish candidate files or create public résumé links. You may contact careers@tenwardgroup.com about your information.

Do not submit Federal Contract Information (FCI), classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled technical data, source-selection information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or sensitive proprietary documents through this website.

How information is used

Information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential customer or partner relationship, coordinate a requested conversation, and maintain reasonable business records. Talent Network information is used for recruiting and workforce planning, including potential future pursuit and assignment discussions. Tenward does not sell website contact or candidate information.

Website analytics and visitor identification

Tenward uses Microsoft Clarity to understand website behavior, Leadfeeder for company-level visitor identification, and RB2B for company and, where supported by our account and available matches, person-level visitor identification. RB2B and Leadfeeder are being evaluated over a 14-day comparison period. This evaluation period is not an automatic deletion deadline. Tenward does not enable additional advertising audience synchronization or remarketing through this website integration.

Automatic collection and consent

For eligible visits identified as originating in the United States, our configured analytics can start automatically without an acceptance popup, subject to your saved choices and browser privacy signals. Clarity and Leadfeeder use their limited modes without persistent analytics cookies unless you explicitly allow those cookies. RB2B uses first-party identification cookies during eligible automatic collection; it is not a cookieless service.

For visits outside the United States, including the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our website currently takes a conservative approach and asks for consent before starting analytics without an existing valid permission. If we cannot determine your country, the same protective approach applies. The consent banner offers equally accessible Accept and Reject options, including on Contact and Careers pages. Accept permits analytics and identification cookies. Reject keeps analytics off. Website access, downloads, and contacting Tenward do not depend on consent. Where a valid choice already exists, we respect it rather than repeatedly presenting the banner.

A saved analytics rejection, Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track keeps all three providers off. An explicit Allow without cookies choice permits only limited Clarity and Leadfeeder analytics where otherwise permitted; RB2B remains off. Earlier analytics approvals do not automatically grant cookie permission where prior consent is required. Preview and internal visits are excluded. Country assessment uses hosting request information and, when needed, a same-site Cloudflare country check; our application does not retain that diagnostic's IP address or other diagnostic fields.

Microsoft Clarity

Clarity measures page usage and interactions and can provide heatmaps and masked session recordings. It processes browser and device information, public page URLs, referral information, and network information needed to receive telemetry. Without an explicit cookie choice, our limited configuration denies persistent analytics storage and advertising storage. If you accept analytics cookies, analytics storage is granted; advertising storage remains denied. Public page content remains visible in recordings; forms and input surfaces are masked. The separate Microsoft cookie-sync pixel is not loaded. Limited mode does not reliably recognize returning visitors or connect sessions across pages, so counts, funnels, and attribution may differ from cookie-based reports. Leadfeeder

Leadfeeder processes IP addresses and public browsing information to associate visits with companies, such as their names and industries. Our website withholds persistent Leadfeeder visitor cookies until you explicitly accept analytics cookies. Permitted limited pageviews can still support company identification, but repeat visitors may appear as new visits and not every company can be identified. Form-value tracking, foreign-cookie connections, and cross-domain linking remain disabled. Cookieless collection can still involve personal data such as IP addresses. See Leadfeeder’s privacy information.

RB2B

RB2B uses first-party cookies and similar identifiers to associate website activity with companies and, when supported by its service and our account configuration, individual professional profiles. Data can include IP addresses, browser and device information, visited URLs, referral and campaign information, and visit timestamps. RB2B or its data partners may match that activity with other information they hold, including business email addresses and online professional profiles. Identification is not guaranteed for every visitor.

Tenward shares the activity information needed for this identification with RB2B and may use relevant business contact information received through the service to evaluate interest and conduct business development. RB2B processes and may disclose information under its own applicable terms and privacy policy. Depending on applicable law and the actual processing, provider disclosures or identity matching may constitute sharing or sale even without payment. RB2B’s published cookie information lists visitor, session, geolocation, attribution, and identity-resolution identifiers, including _reb2bgeo, _reb2bloaded, _reb2bref, _reb2sessionID, _reb2buid, _reb2bfxf, _reb2btd, _reb2bli, _reb2bresolve, and _reb2butk. Published lifetimes range from a short load-status marker to approximately one year and may change with the provider’s script. See RB2B’s cookie information. These identification cookies are optional for using Tenward’s website.

Cookies, choices, and form protection

You can revisit Privacy choices below using the footer link at any time to accept analytics cookies, allow only limited analytics without cookies, or reject analytics. We remember an explicit choice in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage. Changing your choice reloads the page, stops the previous tracking libraries, and clears known accessible tracking cookies and storage. It does not delete information already received by providers or cookies inaccessible to our website. Browser restrictions, another device, or clearing browser storage may affect how your choice is remembered.

Clarity and Leadfeeder remain excluded from Contact and Careers pages. RB2B may observe those public page visits when permitted. Our forms retain submission-capture protections, and Tenward does not intentionally put entered contact fields, inquiry messages, or résumé contents into analytics URLs or events. Arbitrary query values and private fragments are excluded; ordinary safe campaign parameters and narrowly validated LinkedIn referral (trk) and click (li_fat_id) identifiers can be read by the permitted analytics providers for attribution. These parameters do not override your privacy choices. Necessary website functions, including hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile spam prevention, may use cookies or similar technologies independently of optional analytics.

Security, retention, and your rights

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information under Tenward’s control. No internet transmission method is completely secure. Tenward retains information only as reasonably necessary for the business purpose, legal obligations, or recordkeeping requirements. Provider-side retention may differ and is described in each provider’s terms and privacy information.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sales or sharing. Contact contact@tenwardgroup.com about information held by Tenward. Use Privacy choices to control future collection in this browser. You may also use RB2B’s database opt-out; this does not necessarily remove records already obtained by Tenward or other parties. We honor supported browser privacy signals through our website loading controls.
